Bob Yanecek's Flight

Bob was attempting his net rung on his motor ladder project when disaster struck.  Notes from Bob on the flight:

Primary spec = SHRED 

Detailed specs: 3” airframe 82.25” long

Pad weight 22 lbs 6 oz

Motor = 50% M-1950 w/loaded weight = 14 lbs 4.2 oz

DAWG pack MAL Bates grains w/1.125” core + nozzle w/0.83” throat.

ARTS-2 + PF HI-alt 45 = electronics.

Fins began to flutter and stripped off about 2 seconds into the burn at which time the airframe buckled just behind the avionics bay. All parts recovered except for one piece of fiberglass from the fin can. N/C, fin can extension, and avionics bay appear to be in good shape. (pic 1, pic 2)
