Black Rock trip number 5! We really, really love this trip each year.

This years launches by the crew can be seen here - Rorschach, Panther Paws and Planks Konstant

This year turned out to be later than normal and we paid for it with weather, while Thursday till Saturday noon was good at that point the weather rolled in, the temp dropped drastically and we left a day early.

We drove through this.

And then the next morning in Bend, OR we woke up to 5" of snow on everything!  Some of the folks who stayed on the playa reported it being frozen and snow as well.  Not a good time then.  :)

Before the weather however we still had the same great complement of friends and rockets!
